Featured speakers include Sacramento Bee Columnist and California Political Almanac founding editor Dan Walters and Senate President pro Tempore-elect Darrell Steinberg. Experts and panels will discuss water-land use planning issues, especially the impact of the Delta Blue Ribbon Task Force on the region.
