Bill was a long-time energetic supporter and pioneer of the Bay Trail Project. We are honored that the Bliss family has asked for donations be made to the Bay Trail Project in his name.

Donations will be used to construct a memorial along the trail.

Your Bay Trail donation will support outreach and education efforts to:

• Promote the benefits of a continuous shoreline Bay Trail
• Bring people in contact with & foster apprectiation of the Bay
• Close gaps to create more miles of connected trail.
