• RFP: Home Upgrade Advisor (single family program). The Home Upgrade Advisor (HUA) will be responsible for both consumer and contractor facing services. For consumers, the HUA will act as a facilitator, educator and quality assurance advocate. • RFP: EV Charging Infrastructure Request for Proposals (RFP) to deploy rapid EV charging and related energy storage infrastructure in the Greater Bay Area. The goal of this solicitation is to demonstrate and deploy innovative charging technologies in high-need locations, especially multi-unit developments. A total of $200,000 is available from CEC funds, which requires a minimum match share of $250,000.
