The Collaborative for Disaster Mitigation at San Jose State University will begin offering classes for a Masters in Public Administration in Emergency Management in Fall 2004.
Sonoma State University is beginning to offer classes for a Leadership in Emergency and Disaster Management Certificate program starting with Spring 2004.
