Notes:
- Wood damage from termites and other pests
- Termites, powder post beetles, and other animal organisms can also seriously weaken a structure.
- Infestation should be treated by a properly licensed and experienced pest control service before the retrofit work begins.
- Damaged wall framing should be removed and replaced
