Bay-Delta 1999 Grass Recycling Campaign

1999 Grasscycling Campaign Effectiveness Survey

Background

This survey is posted for reference purposes only, for use by grass recycling coordinators.

JD Franz Research, Inc. will conduct an independent assessment of the effectiveness of the 1999 regional grasscycling campaign. The research firm will work closely with regional campaign managers to fully understand each region's campaign goals, outreach strategy, target audience, and time-lines. JD Franz Research, Inc. will conduct a pre-campaign and post-campaign survey for each regional grasscycling campaign to measure changes in grasscycling participation rates within each region. The independent assessment will also attempt to identify which activities (bill inserts, workshops, newspaper/radio/television advertisements, mulching mower rebates, etc.) are the most effective in persuading residents to grasscycle.
