Recent Legislative Action

The following bills have recently been signed:

• SB 15, the so-called "junk gun ban" bill, adopts safety standards to prevent the sale of unsafe handguns.
• AB 106 and SB 130 contain measures to create standards and test safety locks for firearms.
• AB 202 allows dealers to sell only one gun a month to any particular individual.
