Implementation Committee

The San Francisco Estuary Project’s Implementation Committee serves as the Estuary Project's management committee. The Implementation Committee coordinates activities, sets priorities, develops work plans and budgets, and convenes working groups and subcommittees as needed. Comprised of 35 to 40 representatives from local/state/federal agencies, business/industry, and environmental organizations, the Committee is assisted by Estuary Project staff, with the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board as the lead implementing agency.
