  • Implementation assistance ranging from equipment retrofits to retrocommissioning
  • Dedicated incentives to help pay for energy efficiency projects
  • Assistance obtaining contractor services and project financing
  • Energy efficiency policy assistance, including community-wide programs and ordinances
ABAG Energy Watch is available to local governments and special districts in Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma Counties. Program services and benefits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis until December 31, 2008 or until program funds are spent, whichever comes first.

California consumers are not obligated to purchase any full fee service or other service not funded by this program. This program is funded by California utility ratepayers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
