To Get Started...

By working closely with City of Sebastopol staff and providing free technical services, the ABAG Partnership assisted us in identifying and prioritizing energy efficiency retrofit projects to address both energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions, while resolving performance problems and improving comfort in our municipal facilities.

- Mayor Sam Pierce, City of Sebastopol

Contact a program representative today to discuss how your local government can benefit from ABAG Energy Watch.

Once we know your local government's main areas of interest, an initial kick-off meeting will be arranged between an ABAG Energy Watch team member and your key agency personnel. At this meeting, we will discuss the program offerings, assess your local needs and goals, and acquire preliminary information about your facilities and community. Prior to initiation of technical assistance, a local government representative is required to sign a Program Enrollment Form.

We will then work with you to develop and implement an energy efficiency action plan tailored to your local government's needs.

Eligibility

ABAG Energy Watch is available to cities, counties and special districts Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma Counties. Program services and benefits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis until the program deadline or until program funds are spent, whichever comes first. If you have any questions about your local government's eligibility, please contact us.
