SCS Housing Methodology Committee
The SCS Housing Methodology Committee (HMC) was comprised of local elected officials, staff and various interest groups, to advise staff on developing the Regional Housing Need Allocation (RHNA) methodology. Click here for a list of the members of the HMC.
Between January 2011 and March 2012, the committee met almost every month to deliberate about how best to allocate the region's housing need to jurisdictions and ensure consistency between RHNA and the Bay Area's Sustainable Communities Strategy.
