IRP Demographics and Employment Forcasts (2000-2025)

This document summarizes population, housing and job growth trends through 2025 for the entire IRP region, including each county and city. Much of the data and text has been adapted from the individual COGs, as each COG has developed a complete set of projections for their own use. In addition, because jobs/housing balance relationships has been identified as a key goal for the IRP, an emphasis has been placed on the trends in job growth and the relationship to housing in the region and in the individual counties.
