Analytical Reports

ABAG periodically produces analytical reports on regional issues. In the past the agency has reported on Smart Growth, interregional commuting and regional housing production. We are currently researching a monitoring report that checks recent land use and land use policy changes against ABAG's forecast assumptions. The first in a series of annual housing reports is expected this May. In addition, we are also working with a number of other agencies on an I-80 corridor study, the goods movement issue, and an analysis of station area planning for a set of new transit starts in the region.

ABAG also updates the documentation on its modeling process.
