Client Services

ABAG Conference Services provides close consultation for all conference needs: researching the potential audience, assembling mailing lists, marketing, and logistical support. We offer professionally designed conference materials to make your message stand out and computerized registration and receipt-writing on the day of. Special attention is paid to helping ABAG Conference Services users achieve maximum participation.

Experience

Since 1961, ABAG has designed, managed, and produced workshops, seminars, training programs, semi-annual membership meetings, outdoor events, and technical programs that have drawn from 75 to 10,000 participants. Over the years ABAG has put together a well-trained, experienced team to help other governmental agencies meet their conference challenges. Whether there is a year or only a matter of months to put together an event, ABAG Conference Services can deliver.
