he Authority was formed pursuant
to the terms of a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) with the purpose of acting as a
conduit issuer on behalf of not-for-profit agencies and other borrowers with
projects located within the jurisdictions of the JPA members. The location of
the current members of the Authority are displayed in the map to the right.
Public agencies located throughout California are eligible under the
Authority's Bylaws to join the JPA , subject to the approval of the Authority
