ABAG Credit Pooling Program has been utilized since the early 1980's to fund a
wide variety of projects including:construction and renovation of public buildings; acquisition and construction of parking facilities; purchase and installation of computer systems; improvements to recreational trails, parks and municipal golf courses; water, sewer and drain projects; purchase and installation of modular buildings; and renovations to existing school buildings. The Program pools the funding of such capital needs backed by the general fund credits of participating jurisdictions.
