Under its Affordable Housing Program, the Authority monitors and enforces
strict compliance with Federal and State regulations for tax-exempt bond financed multifamily
housing projects. While some Authority-financed projects have to report on a quarterly basis,
all are obligated to complete and submit the Annual Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance.
