Bondholder Communications Group

Bondholder Communications Group (BCG) helps bondholders act on consents, tenders or exchanges in the bond market. The services starting with identification of the bondholder, assisting with the design of the deal "mechanics," and continuing through the solicitation and tabulation of each bondholder's vote or tender.

California Municipal Statistics, Inc. (Calmuni)

Calmuni provides a subscription service to California municipal bond Information and California municipal bond research reports. Calmuni has the largest and most comprehensive database on California municipal issues in existence.

CUSIP Service Bureau

The CUSIP Service Bureau, operated by Standard & Poor's for the American Bankers Association, exists for the primary purpose of uniquely identifying issuers of securities and their financial instruments within a standard nine-character framework, and disseminating this information to the financial marketplace.

DAC

Digital Assurance Certification (DAC), an Ernst & Young LLP company, offers a Web-based solutions for dissemination, SEC compliance, and investor relations.

DPC Data

DPC Data Inc. is a leading provider of document archive products and data to the professional municipal bond market. It has over 300,000 documents in its online document collection including the daily updated complete collection of official statements, escrow documents, amendments, audited and interim financial statements and other secondary market disclosure materials.

Elabra

Elabra's Debt Issuance Management System is an online collaboration tool used by members of the working group to manage documents leading up to the Official Statement. Members can check the financing schedule, contact other working group members, check on the status of documents being drafted, and leave comments to the authors of those documents. Also, Elabra's Financial Printing is a California based company specializing in the printing and distribution of Official Statements and Bond Certificates for the Public Finance Community.

Goodwind Consulting Group, Inc.

GCG is the only consulting firm based in northern California that has combined expertise in both preparing the special tax formula during Mello-Roos Community Facilities District (CFD) formation and administering the special tax on an annual basis throughout the life of the bonds. GCG administers almost 50 CFDs each year, including preparing the special tax levy, submitting continuing disclosure reports, and calculating arbitrage rebate amounts.
