In April of 1998, ABAG issued $23,025,000 in the first offering under the Water and
Wastewater Revenue Bond Pool, funding the capital needs of six different local agencies.
The Pool can be used to finance both the new-money and refunding needs of special districts and
cities with significant savings in issuance and interest costs. |
