 BAG
has developed a new bond pool specifically for California water and
wastewater agencies (cities and special districts). The Pool provides a highly
efficient means of funding projects and offers the advantages of reduced
borrowing costs, standard documents and "AAA" credit enhancement. The
Pool is structured so that participants are not liable in any way for any
payments or defaults of other participants. |
