We understand that Pacific Gas & Electric Company's release of the requested information is subject to the following conditions:

1. PG&E will provide this information to ABAG as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the date of this request. This authorization to release information shall remain in effect unless terminated by written notification to PG&E.
2. PG&E will provide the information as authorized herein, and is relieved of any and all responsibility for any use subsequently made from the information.
3. The customer agrees to hold PG&E harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities and other expenses which PG&E or the customer may sustain at any time by reason of or arising from release of the customer information as provided herein.

Furthermore, __________________________ acknowledges that ABAG is authorized to act as its agent and consultant with respect to the following functions:

• Request and receive billing records and history of the customers account(s) regarding utility services furnished by PG&E; and

• Receive correspondence and other communications in connection with investigation of utility bills rendered and service options available for natural gas and electric services billed to the customer.
