ABAG Special General Assembly

During ABAG's Special General Assembly on January 30th, more than 120 local government representatives engaged in a dynamic dialogue on the future role of the Council of Governments and local coordination to address regional challenges, from resilience to housing and land use. Keynote speaker Delaine Eastin, Former California State Superintendent of Public Education, kicked off the General Assembly highlighting the history and significance of regional governance. Attendees provided feedback to define the needs of their Bay Area cities, towns, and counties.
